Sweet Saffron Rice

  • Dry roast the almonds, pistachios and raisins in a pan on medium warmth till the raisins puff and the nuts barely change coloration. Put aside.

  • Put the rice, water, cinnamom stick, and salt in a sauce pan over medium excessive warmth.

  • When the rice involves boil, cut back the warmth to low and canopy.

  • Let the rice cook dinner for about quarter-hour, or till the water has evaporated.
