1 lb of your favourite pizza dough at room temperature
Olive oil
2 pkg-15/16 oz frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
2 garlic cloves, grated
Salt to style
½ cup entire milk ricotta cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb mozzarella, sliced
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Freshly grated coarse black pepper


Preheat the oven to 450 levels F.

In a mixing bowl, mix the spinach, garlic, ricotta, Parmesan, and salt to style. Combine properly.
Unfold the dough in an oiled massive pizza pan. High the dough with the sliced mozzarella. Unfold the spinach combination over the cheese. Sprinkle with the feta cheese evenly over the spinach. High with the pepper.
