Spicy Cashews – Manjula’s Kitchen

Spicy cashews are nice as a vacation social gathering snack or just to munch on anytime. Spicy cashews could be fairly addicting – they’re that good. This easy and scrumptious recipe will make an ideal vacation reward too!

Spicy CashewsSubstances:

  • 2 cups uncooked cashew nuts
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crimson pepper
  • 1 teaspoon roasted floor cumin seeds powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mango powder


  1. In a big skillet, roast the cashew nuts in oil over low to medium warmth, stirring constantly, till golden brown (seven to eight minutes).
  2. Switch the cashews to a bowl and allow them to cool till they’re heat (not room temperature, or the spices is not going to coat cashews).
  3. Combine all of the spices in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the nice and cozy cashews and toss to coat them evenly.
  4. Retailer  the cashews in an hermetic container as soon as they cool to room temperature.
  5. Take pleasure in!

Word: These cashews could be saved as much as a month.


Substitute peanuts for cashews within the above recipe.
