Pista Kulfi is a very fashionable Indian ice cream. Kulfi is available in quite a lot of completely different flavors. Conventional kulfi is flavored with cardamom; this recipe is flavored with cardamom and pistachios.
- 4 cupa entire milk
- 1 slice white bread
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup sugar
