Paneer Pakora is a delicacy! Marinated paneer (Indian cheese) dipped in a batter and fry makes a crispy, mouthwatering appetizer. Crispy exterior and mushy inside, these pakoras are addicting! An ideal snack with afternoon tea.

  • 4 oz paneer thinly slice in about 1” squares this can make about 14-16 slices
  • 2 tbsp yogurt dahi, curd
  • 4 tbsp corn starch arrowroot
  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • 1 tbsp cilantro finely chopped hara dhania

For Batter

  • 1/2 cup besan gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds jeera
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Marinate the paneer: In a mixing bowl mix the yogurt, corn starch, salt, ginger, inexperienced chili, and cilantro. Combine properly, to the consistency of a mushy paste. Add the paneer items and gently coat them with the yogurt combination. Put aside one hour or extra.
