Palak Kadhi (Spinach Ki Kadhi) – Manjula’s Kitchen

  • Combine besan, turmeric with yogurt till easy, this must be lump free. Add 2 cups of water slowly and blend effectively.

  • Warmth the oil in a saucepan. Check the warmth by including one cumin seed to the oil. If the cumin seeds crack instantly, the oil is prepared. Add cumin seeds and asafetida.

  • When the cumin seeds crack, flip off the warmth and add fenugreek seeds, and complete pink chili. Stir for a couple of seconds, add pink chili powder. Add spinach and stir for a minute.

  • Add the yogurt combination and switch the warmth to medium. Preserve stirring till the kadhi involves a boil.

  • Add salt. Flip the warmth to medium low. Let the kadhi prepare dinner for about 20-35 minutes, stir sometimes. If wanted to regulate thickness, add extra water. Kadhi must be a pourable consistency.
