Combine besan, turmeric with yogurt till easy, this must be lump free. Add 2 cups of water slowly and blend effectively.
Warmth the oil in a saucepan. Check the warmth by including one cumin seed to the oil. If the cumin seeds crack instantly, the oil is prepared. Add cumin seeds and asafetida.

Add salt. Flip the warmth to medium low. Let the kadhi prepare dinner for about 20-35 minutes, stir sometimes. If wanted to regulate thickness, add extra water. Kadhi must be a pourable consistency.
