Mango Blueberry Pear Oatmeal | Ann Arbor Vegan Kitchen


1 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen blueberries (cherries work nicely too)
1 cup contemporary pear, diced
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Toppings (optionally available)

contemporary berries, sliced banana, or/and home made granola

Directions

Combine collectively all substances in a saucepan. Carry to a low boil, and cut back the warmth to simmer, stirring as wanted to warmth evenly for a couple of minutes, till barely thickened.

Serve heat, topped with additional contemporary fruit, if desired. Cowl and refrigerate leftovers for an additional day.
