Macadamia Peanut Butter Date Bark

12 Deglet Noor dates, pitted
1 tablespoon pure peanut butter
12 dry-roasted (salted) macadamia nuts, roughly chopped


Have prepared a baking sheet with both parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Gently fan open every date, and place on parchment paper, sticky aspect up. Use your fingers to press dates down, increasing them onto the baking sheet in order that they’re as shut collectively as attainable, touching, and forming a rectangle (rows of 4, columns of three).

Drizzle with peanut butter. Unfold evenly over the opened dates. Sprinkle macadamia nuts over the peanut butter.
