Fiesta Fajita Burgers | Ann Arbor Vegan Kitchen

1 8-ounce block tempeh
1 15-ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups recent Energy Greens (or child kale, spinach, and so on.)
1 massive onion, quartered
1 cup cooked candy potato
1/4 cup floor flaxseed meal
1/4 cup salsa
2 tablespoons Selfmade (or ready) Mexican Seasoning (recipe beneath)*
beneficiant sprinkle Cajun or Creole seasoning

Garnish (non-compulsory)
Roasted Peppers and Onions (recipe beneath)**


Preheat oven to 425 levels.

Add all components to a big meals processor and course of till virtually (however not totally) clean.
