Chicken and Sausage Bake | jovina cooks

Serves 4


Two giant hen breasts lower in half, you too can use hen thighs
8 candy or scorching Italian pork sausage hyperlinks, any kind: pork, turkey, and so forth.
One medium candy onion, lower into rings
1 bell pepper, seeded and sliced
½ cup hen broth
2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon pink chili flakes
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt & coarse black pepper


Preheat oven to 400 levels F.

Organize the hen items and sausage in an oiled oven-proof casserole dish. Sprinkle all of the hen items with sea salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the garlic over all of the sausage and hen. Add the onions and peppers.

Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and pink pepper over all of the greens, hen, and sausage. Drizzle with the olive oil.

In a single nook of the baking dish, pour within the hen broth.

Cowl the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake for half-hour. Take away the foil and cook dinner for a further half-hour.

Take away from the oven and serve with Italian bread.
