Cabbage Pizza

Cabbage Pizza is a pleasant twist to conventional pizza with contact of Indian spices. Makes 2 medium pizzas.

for the Dough:

  • 2 ¾ cup All Goal flour Plain flour or Maida
  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 Tbsp dry lively yeast
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar

for the White Sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 ½ Tbsp All Goal flour Plain flour or Maida
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

for Cabbage Topping:

  • 3 cup sliced cabbage
  • ½ thinly sliced pink bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro Inexperienced coriander
  • 2 chopped inexperienced chilies

Making the Dough:

  • Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and let it sit for about 20 minutes or till the yeast turns into frothy.

  • Add sugar, salt and oil to the flour and blend nicely.

  • Add the yeast water and make right into a dough. The dough needs to be mushy and a bit sticky. Add extra water if wanted.
