Buffalo-Inspired Roasted Cauliflower | Ann Arbor Vegan Kitchen


2 heads of cauliflower, reduce into florets
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons onion powder
beneficiant sprint of scorching sauce (like Cholula)
kosher salt, to style
sprinkle of Cajun seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 levels.

Place cauliflower florets in a big nonstick roasting pan (Scanpan is my favourite). Roast uncovered for 40 minutes.

Whereas cauliflower is roasting, in a small bowl combine collectively the tomato paste, water, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Put aside.

After cauliflower has roasted for 40 minutes, take away pan from oven. Brush or drizzle sauce over cauliflower. Utilizing a silicone spatula or wood spoon, stir gently however completely, till all florets are coated properly with the sauce.

Drizzle cauliflower with scorching sauce. Sprinkle with salt and Cajun seasoning.

Roast cauliflower within the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or till tender.
