Boondi Ka Raita Recipe by ManjulaElements:

  • 1 cup boondi, boondies you should buy in indian grocery shops or use the recipe I’ve for candy boondi simply don’t soak them in syrup.
  • 1-1/2 cups yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin seed powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink chili powder
  • About 1 desk spoon mint leaves chopped
  • Few mint leaves to garnish

Methodology

  1. Soak boondi within the heat water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Flippantly squeeze the boondies in your palms, don’t mash them.
  3. whisk the yogurt in a bowl. If yogurt if too thick add water as wanted. Yogurt must be the consistency of pancake or dosa batter.
  4. Add all of the spices salt, black salt cumin seed powder, chili powder, and chopped mint leaves combine it properly.
  5. Add the boondi and blend.
  6. Garnish boondi raita with mint leaves.

Boondi raita may be served chilly or at room temperature. I particularly like boondi rita with aloo  paratha or with Urad Dal Puri.
