INGREDIENTS

Dry Components
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1⁄1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Wer Components
1 cup mashed ripe banana (about 2)
2 cups buttermilk or 2 cups bitter milk
2 tablespoons honey
2 eggs
1⁄4 cup butter, melted plus additional for the griddle

 

Maple syrup for serving

DIRECTIONS

In a single bowl combine collectively the dry components. In a second bowl combine collectively the moist components. Add the moist components to the dry and blend gently. Let the combination sit for quarter-hour.
