Aloo (Potato) Masala

Aloo masala is a pleasant praise for any form of dosa. The Aloo Masala could be rolled within the dosa or served as a facet dish.

Cook dinner Time 10 minutes

Whole Time 15 minutes

  • 2 massive potatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/8 tsp asafetida hing
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds jeera
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds rai
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric haldi
  • 1 inexperienced chili finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cilantro finely chopped hara dhania
  • Boiled the potatoes till they’re delicate and let cool.

  • Peel and chop the potatoes in small items.

  • Warmth the oil in a frying pan on medium excessive. Take a look at the warmth by including one cumin seed to the oil. If it cracks instantly, the oil is prepared.

  • Add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds and asafetida. Because the seeds crack, add turmeric, potatoes, inexperienced chili, and salt. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
